Dashboard Pages

Dashboard Pages split a single dashboard into multiple pages, each with its own set of widgets. Instead of scrolling through one long dashboard, viewers use a navigation sidebar to jump between pages, for example a Sales page, a Marketing page, and an Operations page, all inside the same dashboard.

Turning On Pages

Open Dashboard Settings and go to the Pages tab, then toggle Enable pages. The widgets already on the dashboard move onto the first page automatically, so nothing is lost when you turn pages on.

Adding and Managing Pages

Once pages are on, a navigation sidebar appears on the left side of the dashboard. In edit mode, the sidebar adds two controls:

  • Add page - adds a new, empty page to the bottom of the sidebar
  • Edit (the pencil icon on a page button) - opens a dialog to rename the page and pick an icon from a searchable list

The edit dialog also has a Delete page option, available whenever a dashboard has more than one page. Deleting a page moves its widgets to the first remaining page, so nothing is lost with it.

A dashboard can have up to 20 pages.

Page Sidebar Style

Dashboard Settings also controls how the page sidebar looks:

On small screens, the sidebar always collapses to the icon-only rail to save space, no matter which style is selected.

The sidebar’s colors and font follow the dashboard’s theme, so it always matches the rest of the dashboard.
